Our moissanite stones are precision-cut to enhance their natural brilliance and fire. Each stone undergoes meticulous cutting processes to achieve an ideal cut that maximizes light reflection and overall beauty.

How are the carat sizes measured?

Carat sizes for our moissanite stones are measured by weight, similar to diamonds. The carat size denotes the weight of the stone, with larger carat sizes indicating bigger stones that offer more presence and sparkle.

On the Mohs scale, where do your stones stand?

Our moissanite stones rank 9.25 on the Mohs scale of hardness, making them incredibly durable and resistant to scratches. This ranking ensures that your jewelry maintains its brilliance and beauty over time.

Do you utilize any metals that are known to induce reactions, such as nickel or copper?

No, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our customers. Our jewelry is crafted using high-quality, hypoallergenic materials. We do not use metals like copper or nickel that are known to cause allergic reactions.

Is rhodium plating used on your jewelry?

Yes, many of our pieces are plated in rhodium to enhance their shine and durability. Rhodium plating provides a lustrous finish and additional protection against tarnishing.

Will my finger go green from your jewelry?

What is the width of your women's rings?

Do you allow customers to customize their rings?

Yes, we offer customization options for many of our rings. Whether you want to adjust the stone size, change the metal type, or add personal touches, we can help create a piece that suits your style and preferences.

We currently do customization in 10k/14k/18k/Silver Jewelry of our pieces. If you have any
style requests and/or feedback, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit either to us at contact@pierciel.com.

Can you engrave these rings?

We do not, but you can definitely take any of our metal rings to your local jewelry store for engraving. Please note: any third party alterations to your ring/s will void our lifetime warranty.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Is it okay to wear jewelry all the time?

While our jewelry is designed for durability, we recommend removing it during activities that may expose it to harsh chemicals, physical impact, or excessive moisture. This helps maintain its beauty and longevity.

Which kinds of products are harmful to my jewelry?

Avoid exposing your jewelry to household cleaners, chlorine, saltwater, and beauty products like perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays. These substances can damage the metal and dull the shine of the stones.

Can I clean my jewelry with a jewelry cleaner?

Yes, but ensure that you use a gentle, non-abrasive jewelry cleaner suitable for moissanite and the specific metal of your piece. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for plated jewelry to prevent damage.

How should I proceed if my stone starts to cloud?

If your stone becomes cloudy, it may have residue buildup. Clean it gently with a soft brush and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. If the cloudiness persists, consult a professional jeweler for cleaning.

Does your jewelry have a warranty?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry pieces to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

What items are covered under your lifetime warranty?

Our lifetime warranty covers all moissanite stones and metal craftsmanship, including settings, prongs, and clasps. For more information, feel free to visit our warranty page here

What type of damages are covered under this warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as loose stones, broken prongs, and metal tarnishing. It does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. For more information, feel free to visit our

Is there anything that your warranty does not cover?

Our warranty does not cover loss or theft, damages from improper care or accidents, or alterations made by unauthorized jewelers.

Which countries do you ship to?

How long does it take for my order to ship out? I just ordered it.

Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

How do I track my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your package's progress.

My shipment is delayed, what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I received an email that my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
