Lifetime Warranty

We understand the importance of your jewelry to you and that, like other fine jewelry, it may be affected by events unrelated to production defects. However, please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear.

Rings, in particular, are prone to wear and tear due to frequent hand use. Don't worry, as our Lifetime Warranty covers repairs and resizing services for any of our products without manufacturing defects, for a nominal service charge.

To request servicing or repair, please email contact@pierciel.com with the details of your request:

  • Type of service requested.
  • Clear images of the item.
  • Your order number, name, and email address used at the time of purchase.

Upon receipt of this information, our team will provide further guidance.

The Fine Print

Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear. Here are some common jewelry issues not covered by our warranty:

  • Discoloration or fading due to exposure to water, chemicals, or normal wear.
  • Wear and tear or accidental damage.
  • Stone loss due to wear or damage.

Lost or stolen items are also not covered by our warranty. Additionally, any alterations or services performed by a third party will void the item's lifetime guarantee.
