Shipping policy

Processing Orders


Orders are processed and shipped out in a maximum of 1 to 3 business days. We have facilities in Australia, Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, and Guangdong, China as part of our vast network of warehouses and shipping partners. Depending on the availability of the goods, we try to dispatch your purchase from the warehouse that is closest to your place.

if the order is placed before 12:00 PM UTC (excludes weekends & holidays). Orders after 12 PM Friday/Saturday/Sunday ship starting Monday.


Following an order, tracking information is normally sent out in two to three business days. Even while the majority of tracking numbers are activated right away, it might take the tracking system an extra one to two business days to correctly display the position of your delivery. Delivery Times

United States: 7–14 working days, free standard delivery

Europe/United Kingdom:  7-14 business days, free standard Delivery.

The rest of the world: 8–15 working days, free standard delivery

Please be advised that unexpected events, such as delays in customs clearance, may cause delivery timeframes to be delayed. These events are out of our control.

***For shipments outside of the country, duties and taxes are computed in the "Taxes" portion of the total. When your order arrives, there won't be any extra cost to you.

 

Order Tracking

After your purchase, you will receive tracking information for your item two or three days later. Please send an email to contact@Pierciel.com if you have not received tracking information after four days, and we will help you right away.
